Discover Peru’s most iconic spirit through an experience of tasting, culture and cocktail making.

During this workshop, we will explore the history of pisco, its different styles and production regions. Through a guided tasting, you will learn to identify its aromas and characteristics while preparing some of the most representative cocktails of the Peruvian tradition.

An experience designed for those who enjoy discovering new cultures through their flavors, stories and beverages.

AGAVE: MEZCAL & TEQUILA

Landscape, tradition and distillation.

From the mountains of Oaxaca to the agave fields of Jalisco, we will explore how biology, terroir and tradition come together in every bottle of mezcal and tequila.

Through a guided tasting, we will discover different expressions of mezcal and tequila while exploring the traditions, landscapes and people that have shaped one of the richest distillation cultures in Latin America.

Combining perspectives from culture, gastronomy and biology, we will also learn about the extraordinary diversity of agave species, their role within local ecosystems and the characteristics that make each variety unique.

Because behind every glass there is much more than a spirit: there is land, biodiversity and tradition.

TORTILLAS & SOPES

Corn as origin, tradition and gathering.

Long before becoming one of the most important ingredients in Latin America, corn was already a fundamental part of the daily life, culture and identity of its peoples.

In this workshop, we will explore its history while learning how to prepare traditional tortillas and sopes from scratch. Working the dough with our own hands, we will discover the techniques and details that make each of these preparations unique.

An experience designed to connect with one of the most important ingredients in Latin American cuisine and with the stories that have accompanied it for generations.

CEVICHE WORKSHOP

The most iconic dish of Peruvian cuisine.

Discover the foundations of Peruvian ceviche through a hands-on experience where we will explore the ingredients, techniques and history that have made it one of the most celebrated dishes in Latin America.

Together, we will prepare leche de tigre and ceviche step by step, learning how to balance acidity, spice, freshness and texture, the elements that define this Peruvian classic.
